I am RIAMIRANDA

Dear friends, you might confused why I made a new blog with a new address. Since I publish this new blog, the previous blog will not be update anymore. And why in this blog I add the word "by" in front of my name? It is because my real label is "riamiranda". But, it seems like many people think the label is Shabby Chic. Shabby Chic itself is one of the theme of my design. I hope one day there will be another theme that also will follow with "by riamiranda".

Why I choose Shabby Chic as my first theme? Shabby Chic can be used to refer a style which is a vintage stylish in a relaxed feminine romantic way. The favorite color of Shabby Chic are White and worn, faded, and bleached out pastels. Inspired by old French linen, the result is to achieve the elegant pop of victorian style.

When I was about to start my personal line, I was very inspired and profound by Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic furniture design. The colors of Shabby Chic are representing my own personality, the essences of Shabby Chic are about simplicity, calmness, classy, mature and yet humble.

Recently I've used simple and classy prints in the fabrics which is appropriate to Shabby Chic's style. Hopefully one day I would be able to design my own prints.

My targets are Indonesian muslimah range from 20 to 30 years old. But, I really want to expand my label abroad. Hopefully in the future, I can the inspiration for classy and comfort daily style to every muslimah around the world

Much Love,
Ria Miranda
